The 2-bedroom and family apartments have a second air-conditioner in the bedrooms. Apartments feature Broadwater, partial water, pool, or garden views. One-bedroom apartments have one queen bed. Family apartments feature a queen-size bed in the bedroom on the upper level, and two single beds in the attached atrium area with a shared bathroom. Luxury one-bedroom apartments have views of Wave Break Island, the Spit, South Stradbroke Island or north Stradbroke Island.
